If you are upset or hurt or if things do not turn out as you intended, try to look at it from a different perspective- more importantly, from a positive perspective. It is easier said than done, but you will realise that life goes on. Holding on to a frustration will only pull you down further and you need to lay off the burden as you move along.

Graduasi SMK Selayang Bharu Beri Motivasi Kepada Calon SPM 2010

Inspirasi. Seramai 184 pelajar tingkatan lima Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan(SMK) Selayang Bharu, Batu Caves, Selangor yang akan menduduki peperiksaan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia(SPM) beberapa hari lagi menerima sijil masing-masing sempena majlis graduasi di Dewan Mutiara Budi SMK Selayang Bharu. Majlis disempurnakan oleh Dato'Subahan Kamal, Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri Taman Templer.

Majlis ala konvokesyen yang diadakan ini bertujuan memberi inspirasi dan motivasi kepada para pelajar yang bakal menduduki peperiksaan SPM.

Pengetua sekolah ini, Puan Arfah binti Abd.Rahman ketika ditemui berkata, majlis tersebut diadakan khusus untuk pelajar tingkatan lima bagi mendorong impian mereka agar mendapat keputusan cemerlang dalam peperiksaan. Di dalam ucapan aluan beliau, "Saya harap para pelajar yang menerima sijil ini akan berusaha dengah gigih untuk melakar kejayaan dalam SPM nanti. Kejayaan yang bakal dicipta oleh anda nanti turut memberi imej yang baik kepada sekolah". Menurutnya, majlis seumpama itu akan terus diadakan pada masa depan bagi memberi semangat kepada pelajar untuk berjaya.

Get in Touch with Your Inner Child

Everyone of us is still a child at heart. Try to recall our younger days when we were kids- the time when everything was simple and when we made friends quite easily. As we grow older, we tend to see matters in a more complex way because we have experienced more. It is good because we can make better judgement and be wiser, but, let's not at the same time allow this to make us overly wary and defensive. A situation may not be as complicated as we think it is.

Be Flexible-And Seek Alternatives

We need to understand that there is really no end to a road. The reason we normally feel there is an end is because we create the end. Sometimes we refuse to give ourselves another option because we are so rigid in our ways. We become uptight and upset because of the 'walls' we build around us. When confronted by a challenging issue at work, for example, learn to work around it.
