Islam's emphasis on excellent work ethics are not the property or rights of the individual or any group of people, but it covers all officers and employees of an organization. The effect of the excellent work ethic or culture will be developed and managed an organization as a staff officer and capable. They served with great dedication, obedience to every command or the regulations that have been determined by management from time to time.
Excellent Work Ethic from the top level right down to the lower level as laborers, gardeners, office fund such positions. When Excellent Work Ethics can be absorbed into the minds of all officers and employees, but it will improve the quality of work of each individual and thus increase productivity.
Excellent workers or employers concerned will benefit not only themselves but also family, religion, race and country is measured as a practice or a ritual required by Islam. The actual purpose of work is to support yourself, family and serve to contribute to religion, race and country. Thus, every job we do, either governments or the private sector should be balanced.
If we get full pay, the hours will be full and adequate or meet the time because if we work till or were absent from duty, would be questioned in the Hereafter. Surely laziness and lack of enthusiasm to improve themselves and brittle with religious beliefs will hinder efforts to produce excellent workers.
