Our education system is an enigma. It is perhaps the most tried and tested component of our socio-economic policy as we try to figure out the best way to develop our human capital and invest in the next generation. Unfortunately, the continuous tweaking of our eduction system is imbued with political considerations.
When nation buildings is suddenly becoming paramount again, it is appropriate that history subject finally earns its rightful place among Bahasa Malaysia, English, Maths and Science.
